Buffalo hotel extended stay Checked in late on labor day weekend and found no bed sheets on either bed and bare pillows piled up on one bed, none on the other. I complained at the front desk and was told they were doing laundry so I would have to wait for 2 hours, but they did find 3 pillows in another room under renovation and gave me some flat sheets (no fitted available) so I had to make the beds myself. We got booted when they got overbooked. We arrived @ 10:00PM to be told that they do not have a place for us since it was overbooked for the day. We booked the place a week in advance and not sure why they picked us to be denied a stay. After a tiring day @ Niagara Falls it was a worst battle to try and find a place for my family on a busy Labor day weekend. ESA has become worse Its the worst ever stay i had in my life time. The small motels are far better than this terrible hotel. Never ever i am going to go for ESA again.

Unhappy stay The receptionist were pleasant. When we went in the room it smelled Indian spice/ curry throughout the room. The breakfast was just a pre package muffin and coffee which was deceiving for in the go breakfast. I could have picked a different accommodation if that's the type of breakfast.

Your Policy sucks no housekeeper no utensils , I pay for two days but I was told couldn't check in until after 3pm but was told I have to check out by 11am how's that two days I taught it was 24hrs in a day .Never again very disappointed, the staff was great but Management need to do a better job.

Room appeared to have been submerged prior to my visit. Carpet throughout the room was damp and AC did little to improve the circumstance.

Worst service Worst customer service and room was not cleaned. Never saw in my life such worst room. When we check in beds we're not made sheets were dirty with all kind nds marks in it and room was dirty as if someone check out and it was assigned to us with out cleaning. When we asked front desk gave some me sheets that change ourselves.never in my life I would stay in extended stay America nor recommend to anyone.

Room was half cleaned, dirty tub.
