you get what you pay for You get what you pay for. The hotel smelled like cigeratte smoke and to make it worse so did the rooms. They have smoking rooms right next to non smoking. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was small.

Stay Away! Disgusting hotel. Do not stay here. No housekeeping service unless you stay 8 days or more. In poor condition and no amenities available. So called WiFi didn't work. Kitchenette had no dishes or cooking utensils. Overall horrible experience.

Very disappointing The room had no bathroom soap or water glasses. The hotel staff insisted I had to come get them myself. The toilet didn't reliably flush and the bathroom floor was in terrible condition. There were not enough parking spaces for the number of cars so many people had to park along the sides of the driveway, reducing the space to squeeze through the driveway. The breakfast was instant oatmeal and granola bars.

Cheap and it shows The counters on the kitchenette were dirty. There was garbage behind the toilet and half a roll of toilet paper. Elevetor was dirty and no place to park when we returned at 11pm from the Niagara Falls. Had to park besides a dumpster and walk to the front of hotel because the back door wouldn't open with key card. Very disappointed.

Not a clean hotel The room facilities are old. Bathroom is not clean. Hair in the shower tub. Kitchen is poor quality.

Very Dirty would not recommend Broken drawers very dirty Dust everywhere. Coffee was good when it was there. The Continental breakfast bit of a joke.

Not recommended The door can't be locked. The sink is not working. The receptionist has an attitude. I don't recommend to stay in this hotel at all.

It was a okay hotel 1) This hotel does not provide room service by default. One needs to pay for it. Please be informed about this before making a reservation. I believe that this should be made explicit in the listing as it is a general assumption that room service is a default thing with any hotel. We did not know this beforehand and were surprised to see our room being 'as-is' when we came back in the evening. Bitter experience I booked 2 double room for my family. One rest room sink water was not passing so it was useless, another restroom loaddown was out of order.
