Callous staff The room had a wretched smell and Whitney at the front desk refused to check into it. Many hours later the maintenance man came to check and insisted he didn't notice it. Hours later again, Whitney finally offered a change of rooms but by then it was nearly check out. Totally cruel behavior

Bare bones - staff was not friendly. Requested adjoining rooms - if no adjoining rooms they could have given us 2 rooms on the same floor. No one was on the 3rd floor the other 2nd. Asked one of cleaning staff if there was an ice maker in the hotel, told us no, then when we walked away, laughed about our request with other workers. Not sure what the breakfast was supposed to be - prepackaged muffins and granola bars? Would not recommend this hotel - sorry.

I thought Extended Stay America had dishes, silverware, pots and pans to go along with the stove and full sized refrigerator? This room had nothing but two disposable plastic cups.

worse room We got the last available studio, and it smelled HORRIBLE! The smell hit you in the face as soon as you walked in the door. I guess this would explain the window wide open. The bathroom door would not close all the way, warped or ill fitting. Old "dusty" room.

The worst,dirtiest, stinkiest hotel i have ever stayed at.

Yikes This Place is Gross The first room they assigned to us had not been cleaned and looked like someone had just left the room after taking a nap. The second room they assigned us was dirty. The sheets had stains and the pillows had blood and saliva stains. The bathtub need a magic eraser and the floor in the bathroom was filthy. I would never stay here again. The staff was not very friendly and the breakfast was nothing more then prepackaged granola bars and bitter awful coffee.

Apparently they were under staff, so gave the room without cleaning ,was given clogged toiltry some courteous staff came with plunger and helped me to fix clogged toilet , horrible exp..

Very surprised as how bad this facility was. The room I reserved was not available, so I was given two rooms and they were not able to put it on the same floor, we had a long drive from NYC - close to 7 hours so we were tired and just wanted to get to our room, did not like it that our daughter will be on the 3rd and we are on the first. We were reluctant but we had no choice.
