The staff that received me at the Reception around 2230 on Thursday 14 November 2024 by name Maria was a very unfriendly and unhelpful person. Most likely she has problems in race relations. Secondly, the property policy of taking $50 as safe deposit for any potential damages to the hotel facilities require serous review. First, this was not indicated in the terms of sales by Expedia. I have stay in so many hotels but this one is by far the worst one I booked. First they change my reservation from a suite to a 2 room reservation withoutnotify me beforemy arrival, then the rooms were not even next to each other on top of that one of the rooms smell like weed, mold and humid. The other room had roaches as you can see on the picture. I would never ever come to this hotel again. If I was able to give this a lower rating I would definitely do it but they don't give you any other options.

Did not get rooms close together as expected. Rooms decor and furniture were old and abused. Smoking area close to rooms.

Not clean. Cockroaches were lying around

Toilets not working, Room keys did not work. Everytime u go out someone from hotel got to check u into room. Staff was inconsiderate and told me that they can refund and I need to book somewhere else if don’t like it.

There was a cockroach crawling on the counter in the bathroom. There were not enough space for cars in the park lot. The staff told me to park at the mall across the road

Very poor maintenance When we walked in the door and turned on the lights we saw cockroaches scatter. The door would not accept our room card and were told we had to walk to the opened of the bldg. and use the other door. Then front desk said the elevator did not work so at 68 years old we had to carry our bags up the stairs to the third floor.
