The room was in need of updates and repair....the bathroom tub and sink was very worn and chipped. The carpet was dirty.....needed shampooing or replaced. Beds were very hard. Towels were very old worn....Site said breakfast but all they had was a coffee bar

Cockroaches and a rude manager There were 10+ cockroaches in the bathroom when I came back in the evening from being out. The next morning, the manager at the front desk, instead of being apologetic, asked why I didn't move to a different room and argued with me when I suggested it was late and if the cockroaches were in one room they were everywhere in the hotel. They took $25 off my bill, but it didn't make up for the unclean conditions and beligerent staff.

Upon check in, was told there are no dishes,glasses, coffee maker in the room. But are 'available' on request. The hotel clerk was very kind but when I was checking in and she was asking for my information, she asked me to write it down as there was 2 men sitting in the lobby (actually a small.foyer) and she wanted me to feel safe...which had absolutely the opposite effect. The continental breakfast was packaged oatmeal or grits, coffee and very old,dry muffins...oh there were also some stale granola bars! Not worth the mone... read more

I didn't like the fact that I had a fully paid reservation but I could not be checked in due to a system outage so I had to leave and pay for another place to stay however it turned out to be a blessing because that hotel was not acceptable anyways, it looked unsafe as far as what I saw when I pulled up

Very tired old room. Breakfast was coffee and a few plastic wrapped pastries. This facility needs a facelift. Happy to pay more for better.

Room smelled like fried food. Overwhelming smell. Very uncomfortable beds, felt like waterbed. Someone played laud music in the car till 1am right in fron of our wi dow on main floor. Floors and tub sticky. No conditioner available.

Disappointed Couple This is our first visit to an Extended Stay Suites. We came to visit SEWE event in Charleston. The electrical outlets in the Kitchen and bath failed to work. The Shower was pathetic. Overall, the facility was disappointing to my wife and I. We don not plan to visit this hotel again.
