The receptionist was friendly but the hotel is outdated…lobby and rooms smells. The room also didn’t spread to have been cleaned well especially not to covid standards..found a dead bug on my bathroom sink upon arrival ..so no way they could’ve cleaned . Wish I would’ve picked another hotel in the area. I’m shocked this place had good reviews when I booked.

The horror in just one hotel They have to move me in 3 different rooms, due to the cleanliness, the odor on the rooms was terrible, the floors was carpet and it was sticking, I swear never being in one hotel of this chain for the rest of my live.

I can’t believe I stayed here! Way overpriced, especially for what the room looked like! Never again!

Terrible Place To Stay The hotel smells bad. We had to buy air fresheners for the room. The bed is terribly uncomfortable. Have to ask for clean towels. Room cleaning costs money. Floor in the bathroom was coming up. Phone did not work. Bugs in the bathroom. Only one shampoo and one conditioner for 2 people. Air conditioner sounds like jet engine. No smoking area outside. I would recommend NOT staying at this hotel EVER !!!!!!!!!

Disappointed They didn’t replace the towels our entire stay and we found a used condom under the bed!

Property is very outdated and run down. Amenities were nonexistent due to COVID. Stayed in a studio with no kitchen utensils, coffee maker... not a true studio
