I left a book behind. Instead of putting it in the lost and found they threw it away the general manager was so uncaring. Now I have to pay 39 dollars and the hotel couldn’t care less also the room smelled like smoke DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!
The air conditioner sucked and the toilet wouldn’t flush and very little water pressure

Hotel is gross and not clean

Bogus reservation!! The room you booked for us was supposed to be handicap accessible and it was not! Could not stay there!! Were went searching for a room that was. Will never book there again nor will I use your service since it is not honored or correct.

The beds are very uncomfortable as well as the pillows, dont expect to get a good nights sleep.
