Place was terrible dont ever stay there worsted smell might burn everything i brought in

Rude staff, no ice machine, doesn’t really have a breakfast as promised, crappy internet, place smelled like dogs, but the room itself was decent.

I didn’t like that they had old furniture and that the sheet and covers had a horrible smell. The air conditioner knocked all night. It needs serious updating!!! The bathtub was dirty

Everything about this property was disappointing and really hard to believe that this extended stay units came with no kitchen utensils or pots and pans.Once you asked for them you get three spoons and one knife.I had to ask for everything individually and it got very frustrating to go back and forth that many times.This was the worst experience.The no smoking unit smelled like smoke.

Worst experience ever I travel every couple weeks for work, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I reserved a king bed and they gave me two small double beds. They wouldn’t move me or adjust the price. There was no house keeping, so I had to walk my dirty towels down to the lobby to get new ones. And the “Breakfast” that’s advertised consisted of nothing but granola bars. What a dump

Didnt even get a chance to stay qt the hotel it was over booked. Wonder how that even happens how are me and 5 other ppl able to book a room and it's not available when we get there smh!!!

My negative ranking is not about the property but about Expedia making bookings that cannot be satisfied, and the property not taking ownership of finding me an alternate placement. Earlier in the day, an Expedia reservation at another Extended Stay property was cancelled for overbooking, but this reservation seemed to take.
