The toilet was stopped up and I called the front desk and they told me to go get the plunger myself to unstop it, hotel was very dingy and dirty

Wasn’t happy at all. No breakfast. No ice machine. No section that contain flyers of what’s to do in the city. No back up pillows or covers in room. All for $200 per night? Terrible.

Stepped on a big tonail in the middle of the unswept floor. I showed it to the front desk manager and she just threw it away. They were rude. They constantly harrassed me to check out after I arranged (at check-in and that morning) to pay (ran my card) $10 hour per hour after 11am. Threatened to call the police on me for politely standing up for myself in this situation.
