Disappointing even for a cheap hotel Checking in was fast and had no extra fees or anything. When we got to the room they had roaches and poison for them in all the drawers and cabinets. My 1 year old was with us and would find the tablets and kept trying to play with them. The microwave above the sink was broken but we were not told this, they did have an extra microwave in the room so they knew it wasn't working. Pros: Pet friendly. Close to the joint naval/air force base. Free parking. Cons: The smoke detector was hanging from the wall. The vending machine was like playing roulette for what we'd get to drink. There were no trash cans in the halls on the floor. There were bugs in our room. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in ages. Weird smells throughout the entire hotel. Graffiti in the elevator. No reentry from the side doors. No amenities in the kitchen suite. Do not recommend staying.

The rooms in general were dirty and had a bad smell, the bathroom was dirty and infested with cockroaches, apart from poor service by the staff who did not want to return my money. I will never return there in my life.

the worst place I think we have ever stayed. Staff was worried more about his phone call than making my keycard work. The picture showed a recliner in the room. There wasn't one. Then when we finally settle down to go to sleep-someone opened our door at 1:15 in the morning. If I had not pulled the bar over the door they would have come in our room. Stay Away! Reviews are misleading! There were roaches everywhere. Smelled of smoke. Hallway trash cans were overflowing. Rooms and hallway were dirty. I tried 3 different rooms asked for a refund and was told they couldn't. Ended up sleeping in the truck.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this property. I have a severe insect allergy and when I arrived and checked into my room there were at least 7 roaches crawling over the bathroom sink and kitchen counters. There was also trash thrown about in the corners and the AC did not work. I told the front desk and they attempted to move me but the next room had bugs crawling all over as well but the AC did work. I asked for a refund due to my allergy but I was denied.
