Dirty The elevator smelled like drugs and it was dirty the room was supposed to be non smoking it smelled like cigarettes

60th Birthday PArty Was not pleased with this trip at all - the room was outdated, the clock did not work, the beds were old and uncomfortable, our shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom, the toilet was disgusting

The worst ever!!! Room was dirty. Hair in the sheets tub and refrigerator. Floor sticky. Roaches. Elevator smelled of marijuana. Men were grilling on the parking lot between their cars. Room phone was inoperable. I complained to person at desk but problems were never remedied. Went to Walmart to clean the room myself. Woman was screaming in the halls. No one was wearing masks. Man coughing unmasked at the coffee and tea table. I thought we would have breakfast but no and at this rate I’m glad about it. Horrible stay!!!!

Roach Hotel Front desk associate Rodrick was very professional and nice . But the first room we were in #304 had roaches So we moved to another room # 315 More roaches had to cut our trip short And both rooms had a old musty smell.
