The first room I was given had mold in it!! But the guy at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. He put me in another room that was better. But I was still upset cause I’m very allergic to mold. I do hope it’s taken care of and not covered up!!

I did not stay there and they charged me anyway makes no sense

I was denied a room because i chose to pay at the hotel and they didn’t accept cash.

will not stay again My sheets had dog hair in them, and my pillows were dirty. Since I booked a certain way and couldn’t get my money back If I left. I took my sheets and pillow to the laundry.

Staff was friendly but the hotel was very dirty! The hotel lobby was dirty - rub in the lobby was filthy. Our room was smelly, sheets were wrinkled and the comforter was stained . We were actually supposed to stay two nights but it smelled so bad( trash was left in the room under the counter) that we checked out the next morning and found another hotel.

You get what you pay for. The room was not super clean. There were no towels, dishes or cookware, we had to ask for all of it. The floor above us squeaked every time the occupants walked on it.

I am a disabled woman. The room I was given was on the third floor. When I returned from my event; The elevator was not working . I ended up sleeping in my car. The bed it was a full size. Even though I was told it was a queen.

Room smells really bad due to the sewer. Front desk staff knew about it and acted as if nothing was wrong.

Very basic, no amenities, couldn’t even borrow a hairdryer. Our door would not lock from the outside, staff who came to help was very polite and helpful, but you expect to be able to lock the door without problems!!!?
