This hotel made was horrible. Price was jacked up for July 4th. Room smelled & bathroom had a very strong Urine smell. I could tell my room had not been cleaned. Pillow cases dirty, crumbs on floor & hair on sink in the very small bathroom. Customers were in line waiting each day because no one maintained the front desk. I travel from Rhode Island to Virginia (about a 10 hour drive). I got to the hotel at 3am 4th of July. I check in and when we get to our room. I notice the bed sheets had a lot of hair from the previous people and the sheets plus the pillow covers were dirty. I went to the lobby and the gentleman gave me extra blanket and pillow covers. He told me he wrote it down so they good room service my room. Front desk clerk had no help all day I couldn't get dished ro cook with until after 8 and the room was NOT worth over $200. Will NOT be going back!!

i arrived at the property around 1:30 and the staff told me i would have to pay a $35 eay check in fee because check on is 2pm or 2:30. this did not make sense to me. if they woulllkooood have said they didn't have a room ready then i could understand....also the facility did nit look inviting.

well, we were assigned a room that was actually supposed to be under maintenance. It had an overflowing trash can (complete with chicken bones) under the kitchen sink and a used hypodermic syringe on the floor. But the topper was discovered when I turned on the shower only to have water spray out the hole in the wall instead of the shower head. Poor condition. The Hotel was dirty. Our second day had a power outage from the rain and the water went in our room from the main door. Hotel’s staff disappeared right after that and left everyone’s in dark. No back up generator

No housekeeping services at all. You have to beg for items at the front desk. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable and they charged me an extra $150. They say it was a mistake, yeah ok. Miriam the night check in was the only nice person there.
