The room was given away when I got there. Had to call and visit 17 (no exageration) other hotels before I was able to find one to stay at. Everywhere was sold out. Even when expedia said there were some available there weren't. Ended up getting calls from the actual hotel stating they didnt know why they kept taking reservations when the hotel didnt have rooms available.

When booking the room in Chesapeake VA, we had chosen non smoking. Upon arriving at midnight, which for late check ins it would have been nice to know that there was a different way to check in. We were given a room and a tupperware that had extremely limited kitchenware (including nothing to cook in, yet it has a kitchen and claims to be fully stocked). Bathroom was very dirty, hair was everywhere. Besides that the room was clean and ok for a one night stay. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The Appliances (fridge) were not clean. Touching them would've been a mistake. The fridge looked like it should've been in a dumpster someplace. The interior lights by the bed did not work.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE We drove 4 hours and booked 2 rooms 3 weeks prior to our trip. When we got there at 1AM they told us they had given away our rooms because it was "first come first serve." SO we were stuck with no rooms at 1AM with 2 kids and no where to go. I have NEVER dealt this with in my life of booking through hotels.com. Never staying here ever again.

old smelly stained carpet, room smelled like it was smoked in for 20 years, people outside there rooms parting till 1:00 in the morning, toilet seat ready to fall off, on the bright side staff was nice and the roof has new shingles

The location is very nice for me. Some the guest that were there was loud at night and I could not get to sleep good some nights. I would not recommend to friend or family .
