Disappointing Although I had a confirmation email that my room was booked through my Travelocity account, the motel (can't really call it a hotel) did not have my reservation. The staff was friendly, but nothing remarkable. The room was clean, but nothing remarkable. The outer walkways, stairways were dirty and in need of a power wash. Garbage cans at the corner of each floor's outer walkway remained overflowing the entire 4 day stay, as though they were never emptied. Didn't have handicap accessible room at check-in. No amenities.

Dirty homeless people everywhere room was nast and so was the staff find another place to stay

No Stay Will not stay again, toilet seat needed replacing, loose and worn. Too many permanent residents that or nosy.

Too many stairs AC system -too cold then too hot Rug in bad shape Too many stairs

The hotel was overbooked and gave away my guaranteed room before I even got there. We traveled from PA and were there at 10:45. My room was guaranteed until midnight. The staff basically said ‘sorry, we can’t do anything about it’. It was a disaster and they didn’t even offer to help me find anything else. They were absolutely terrible to me!

Second-hand room Room was unclean had to be assigned another room. Very unprofessional

Didn’t seem anything like the picture. Think it’s also a residential place as well as hotel. Low end finishes and people were hanging outside in groups. Police cars had to come by to inspect the crowd. Not an overall great stay

My first and last stay at this place I have stayed at many extended stays and this was the worst. My wife and asked for another pilllow and they did not have one!!! OMG how ridiculous. The only other thing I did not care for was the rig raf that hung around asking for change and a smoke. I am going to presume that they had have RESIDENTS cause this was the only one ever that you have to request utensils or a coffee pot
