Dirty Linen In my room several of the towels were dirty. I informed the front desk clerk when I checked out, I just hope the situation was addressed.

size of bed I was very disappointed when I arrived checked in and got to the room I paid for a queen size bed and had to settle for a twin bed went back to the front desk and the night desk person told me that was there queen size bed,and the refrigerator made a lot of noise cycling off

BETTER NOT RELAY ON GRAB and GO BREAKFAST This motel was not accommodating to coffee drinkers. Not enough grab and go breakfast food supplied. No creamer for coffee No regular sugar Limited variety of breakfast muffins. Refrigerator a very loud noise maker.

Poor Help Thumbs down for HOTWIRE Hotwire is a scam and has done a "bait and switch" on me twice. The younger front desk attendant working on Feb. 2nd at 1430hrs. was extremely rude and obnoxious.

Wish we stayed somewhere else... Well first of all, I picked this one since I had a better stay at another location. They had no dishes available for use, air unit was not working at all, & overnight the phone magically stopped working. I would like to say that customer service was great but the rep seemed annoyed that I was letting her know that what was going on & I to call her on my cell about check out since the phone was not available.

Nasty I informed the hotel of my late check-in, I arrived at1:30am, after several calls and walking the facility. We finally found the night attendant doing laundry in an unmarked room (only with help of another person who was staying that night). The attendant would not answer his phone and the voice mail was not set up. Upon checking in this individual could not find our reservation and wanted to charge us although we had booked through another web site. Only pulling up my email on my phone convinced him otherwise.
