Smelly Night We arrived late and were given the last available room. When we entered the room we immediately noticed a musty smell. Had a recent guest smoked? We made it through the night but checked out in the am instead of staying for our second booked nite. The front desk was cooperative and gave us a refund.

Never Stay America... The price was very attractive for our three night stay. However, we were never told that housekeeping services were not included. By the time the fees for clean towels, clean linens, etc. are added the price is no longer attractive and we could've stayed at a more upscale hotel for the same price. I requested the hotel manager to call me twice and he never did. The room was dirty when we arrived. Very disappointing!!

I will never stay in an Extended Stay America Hotel again. The lack of service was beyond my imagination.

Room Service was not good. No towels. Requested for towels several times. Good thing I pack towels every time I travel.

Bed had a definite slope to the center. Pillows were very poor for support and small. The amenities were cut to the bone to the point that a simple drinking cup had to be gathered from the office. Too late to want to go to that trouble, I was forced to drink from a HEFTY type resealable bag to be able to take an asprin.

I don't recommend staying here The bed in the hotel was dirty, and staff never offered to even discount the room.
