By far the dirtiest and most disgusting hotel I have ever attempted to stay at. First and foremost, at the main entrance of the hotel was an individual smoking marijuana that my two children and I had to walk through to get to the check-in desk. Then Ivan at the front desk (who was very courteous and helpful) got us into room 102 and when my children and I walked into the room we found that neither of the beds were made and the room hadn't been cleaned. Ants all over the ac unit Had to ask for dishes never got them and AC was not great shower pressure not great

Not so great Musty, moldy smell. Caused frequent coughing. Dirty,stained carpet. Won’t stay there again.

The first room we checked into had been torn apart & we had to be moved to a 2nd room, keys were wrong & had to get another set.There were no litebulbs over the mirror in the bathroom, we asked for replacement bulbs & never received them.Faucet in tub was broken. In morning, went for breakfast, there was no food left & no more food was provided. Overall a very disappointing experience. {Staff was very pleasant}

Taking money out of your account after paymen! At first I was going to give an ok review until I checked my bank account. They pull money from my account after I already paid. Now I have to be inconvienced for their mistake. Stay at your own risk!

Group of guys drinking in the parking lot. Service was horrific. Every time we asked for help it was an inconvenience to them. Check in took over 20 min as well as check out in which they were trying to double charge us even though we showed them proof that we already paid through Orbitz. I would recommend checking out another hotel in the area if you want to save yourself some frustration and get decent service.

Very Unlikely to stay agO No TV remote. Bath tub w/out grab bar or slip free mat. Belfast was coffee & granola bar w/ no place to sit
