Nasty room The room was not clean had trash still in the room and the A/C didn’t work I was not happy with my stay.

The mattresses were too firm for my choice. Needed glasses and utensils, so went to desk. They gave them to me, but went back and washed them. Room overhead lights were too dull.Stove top needs to be cleaned better or whole stove top replaced. Refrigerator was not cold enough, just cool to keep food from going spoiled. On check out day saw a bug crawling down the wall to the bed. Will stay again after changes. Thank you.

I thought the staff was nice and the property itself was good for the price, however the poor picture quality of the tv, ruined my stay. Had to go to the Delta Hotel Bar to watch the ball games because I couldn't see it on my tv. I was gone make an attempt to notify the front desk but when I got to the lobby and saw the lobby tv (which was in no better shape than the one in my room), I figured all the televisions were like that. What I liked: location was close to where I needed to be. What I didn't like: Where do I begin? Upon arrival there was no one at the desk, actually my entire stay there no one was at the front desk. Instead a sign said to dial 0 and someone would be there. I sat on that phone waiting for someone to come from the back for 2-3 minutes. It kind of annoyed me.
