Never Again Some of the staff was rude..no maid service.. Breakfast was a joke..no pots pans or utensils in the room for the kitchenette.. toliet was wobbly with putty around it and not level with the floor.. my bathroom door knob fell off.. AMy sister's room was given away because she didn't arrive at the hotel by 6pm even though it says that you have until 11pm to check in.. She also had to keep using my bathroom because her toliet stopped working in her room and no one fixed it after telling the front desk she asked for h... read more

It was a bad experience.....Terrible... the font desk lady treated us very informal, while speaking in her cel phone. Made reservation for 2 rooms... gave us the 1st room, and WAS NOT READY... the second room was never "entered" in the system, so "housekeeping" tried to open our room at 5:30 AM without adviced.... Like its not enough already, the manager woke up us at 8AM for the issues. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....

Our bed had a sinker down in the middle and very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in it. Our hallway floor light was off with no lighting to see your room number to open and into. We did not feel stay going out our room at night into a dark hall way.

Their website is misleading!!! This hotel said free breakfast on their website and when we got there they had protein bars. That is not breakfast. There is no lobby area to hang out and we came with four other couples. The rooms were nasty. There was a blood stain in our room and the bathroom light didn’t work. So they moved us to another room and there were used soap bars stuck to the wall and a long hair in the shower wall. The only benefit to this hotel was that it was available. I have stayed in Extended Stays before, but not again. In the lobby, there was coffee, but no cups. Nothing to welcome you in from road traveling, not even a glass of water. There was nothing in the kitchen to even create a cup of coffee much less try to create a meal. The floors were dirty - both in the hall and in the room. The room was oddly arranged with one chair for a room that slept four!! The staff of this hotel was totally inept. They gave away our prepaid King Room because they had an issue with a room prior to our 9PM arrival so they gave it away. All other hotels in the region were booked so we were given a filthy double bed room. It started off when we noticed gum and what looked like blood on the carpet. My wife pulled back the cover on one double bed and there was a live ant crawling around on the sheet.
