The property lacks many standard amenities (breakfast beyond coffee, business center) but does have potential. It took an hour to check in 4 guests. Rooms were not clean requiring several moves and a lack of understanding of room status (clean, occupied) further complicated the process. The room has a small kitchen area but lacks a dishwasher. The staff was unprofessional and argued with each other in the lobby. Upon checkout the woman was on a personal phone call and continued with the call as she checked me out, again unprofessional and poor customer service. The stairs work dirty and littered with a cigarette wrappers and bottle caps. The carpet in my room was saturated with some type of chemical which made it uncomfortable to walk on in the room. I wore my socks and shoes while I was in the room.

Creepy, smelly, uncomfortable

Down and out Front desk clerk was very helpful. Hotel was completely full but she was able to come up with two rooms. Room was fine for the price but upon arrival we discovered the toilet was clogged, and the AC was making an unusal noise that was difficult to sleep through. The real issue was w/Hotels.com. Although I booked a room through Hotel.com, I discovered later, prior to check-in that I never received my confirmation email. By far the dirtiest and most disgusting hotel I have ever attempted to stay at. First and foremost, at the main entrance of the hotel was an individual smoking marijuana that my two children and I had to walk through to get to the check-in desk. Then Ivan at the front desk (who was very courteous and helpful) got us into room 102 and when my children and I walked into the room we found that neither of the beds were made and the room hadn't been cleaned. Ants all over the ac unit Had to ask for dishes never got them and AC was not great shower pressure not great
