Nothing I can say I liked. Disappointed the hotel did not have an ice machine, high definition tv or fitness center. Breakfast was a grab and go...very weak.

The bathroom was dirty. It was as if it hadnt been cleaned in a few days.

TERRIBLE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME Hotwire customer service is terrible and so is extended stay my reservation was canceled I had to pay out of pocket for another reservation because miscommunication from the hotel to hotwire I never use neither service again the 2hour phone calls were horrible with people that don’t even speak English TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

There was a beating on the property My stay was fine—stayed twice with a baby, but when I left the second time I got to listen to how the police were there that night due to a domestic assault and that the perpetrators had fled the scene. That’s extremely scary to know there are men (yes there was more than one person who had beat this woman) willing to do that to someone they know, in a hotel where others will overhear so what is to stop them from attacking me with my baby?? When i came to check in i was waiting 25 mins to be helped. No one was at the front desk. It was no bell to ring. So i decided to call while standing at the front desk. There was still no answer. After 35 mins of neknh helped. Front desk girl didn't seem to be happy about my stay. This is my second time here, didn't expect this. Also when i walked in my room there was no smell. Like a cleanliness/smell good scent. I will like a refund or a free stay. Bad customer service skills and very inconsiderate.. The lady didn't apolog... read more

Bad night of sleep The lady that checked me in was very nice but I wish I was aware that they give utensils and such in a box at the front desk because I had to go back downstairs and get it when we found the kitchen empty. The shower made a high screeching noise when I used it so it was a very quick shower. There was a nightstand missing. During the early morning hours, there was yelling and door slamming from a couple rooms down the hall that continued on for a couple hours. Don’t stay here This hotel was outdated and not clean. I went to dinner within a few minutes of arriving and only returned to pick up my luggage. This place is not for a woman traveling alone. Nor is for anyone who likes clean and updated rooms. This place has not been updated since it was built. I was afraid of bringing home bedbugs.

I arrived to find that I could not pay with cash at this location. I was unable to check in.
