Any staff that I saw was very nice but were rarely around The room was not clean. The mattress lumpy. The dresser was so beaten up it looked like the Tasmanian devil had stayed. And yet it was not the worse I have been in. That says more about me then you!

room was a bit dirty all over, although the beds were clean. horrible smell in the hallway when we were leaving in the morning, it actually made me gag.

Nasty smell everywhere and old rusty and moldy faucets

The WiFi didn’t work in our room, when we asked to switch, we were originally told to call a separate number to get the WiFi fixed, which is pretty ridiculous. The new room was better, but the shelf in the bathroom fell down, there were no dishes in the kitchenette, and there was never anyone at the front desk to help you. I’ve stayed at a Motel 6 that had better service.

The garbage can in the room was already half full, no coffee pots and hair dryers were available, gave us a hard time about getting clean towels, big spiderwebs in window (hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time), reminded me more of a ghetto apartment complex with the adults leaving their children crying in the hall while they are outside getting stoned on drugs
