After check-in I entered the room and the bed was unmade and the room dirty. Returned to the reception and was offered an “upgrade” which was a room with a king bed. The room smelled of food and weed, bathroom was not clean and the overall appearance was worn down and unkempt. It won’t let me upload pictures which is probably a good thing. Would not recommend to anybody!

The desk receptionist was short and not courteous. The room we were given had a door that stuck and wouldn't open so we had to switch to another room--very inconvenient to have to carry our luggage to another room.

The room was dirty, door hinges were rusty and old, door struggled to close. The fridge on the outside was covered in something and looked disgusting. Hair in the shower. Never plan on staying there again. Terrible experience.

AC unit did not work. Room was a bit stuffy. Went down twice for breakfast. Both times Coffee Pot was empty and no muffins, bagels, etc. Never replenished

I didn’t like the customer service, receptionist was really rude.
