The first floor’s carpeting has a very foul smell which made me throw up one morning. The foul odor persisted for all the 5 days that we stayed there.
The outside looks very nice as well as the lobby. But the rooms are very ran down and need updating
bugs in my room and very bad service from the front desk employee (Pamela) Check your camaras.
This property provided us a room without a working toliet and when we informed management we were told they knew it but "it is what it is".. It appeared people lived in the hotel. The upstairs room water leaked into the shower the kitchette was dirty and worn and had food stuck inside of the cabinets, garbage was never emptied from previous stay. HORRIFYING
