This property provided us a room without a working toliet and when we informed management we were told they knew it but "it is what it is".. It appeared people lived in the hotel. The upstairs room water leaked into the shower the kitchette was dirty and worn and had food stuck inside of the cabinets, garbage was never emptied from previous stay. HORRIFYING

Too Tired to Cancel & Get back in Chicago Traffic The receptionist was outstanding, she helped me with directions to food venues. Loved the Halloween decorations for the season in the reception area. The scary part was the refrigerator inside my room along with the two tiny roaches. I didn't bother opening the refrigerator. It was late when I checked in.
