Not clean place to stay.. furniture/appliances are too old and in terrible condition.

The room was freezing put heat on didn't work should get some reimbursement or credot for another stay

Receptionist at the time of our arrival was excellent service very nice, we made a mistake on our reservation instead of 4 nights we only made the reservation for 3 night not aware of our mistake the manager call me and she was very rude telling me to get our stuff our of our room without giving me a chance to express our situation, she was rude uneducated she have no skills at all all to be a manager

Floors in entire room were sticky & dirty. No housekeeping service. I didn’t ask, but knew they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. Worst part was there was barely ever anyone at the front desk. No staff at all at front desk from 11pm-7am, so if you need anything during that time, you’re screwed. Could hardly get ahold of anyone at the front desk during my 5 night stay because the attendants were doubling front desk & housekeeping, which is a huge shame on the owners & management to make their front desk staff also cle... read more

Super dirty room. There was hair, snot, and other nasty things. The remote was oily and gross. Breakfast? Don’t even get me started.

Tub had hair in it still and mirror had toothpaste on it in room my daughter was in. Needless to say she didn’t take a shower there. Also, suggest new floor cleaner or area rugs because the floors were sticky so I left my flip flops on the entire time in the room. Daughters bed squeaked when moving, sounded like one of bed frame slats was broke. If the hotel company can’t maintain enough staff (only front desk person who can’t do it all!!) then prices should reflect rooms!!

Not the worst room I've ever had, but I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. Halllways are loud (you can clearly hear people in their rooms as you walk by. ) The room had a lingering Marijuana smell upon entering with windows open and fan running. Room felt kind of run down and in need of a deep clean. My shoes stuck to the floor as i walked, so I just left my shoes on until i went to sleep. Bathroom had small black hairs everywhere.
