No room service & Uncomfortable Stay Room service was only provided for those who stayed over a week. So trash would pile and if needed fresh towels needed to bring them to exchange them at the front desk. Child had an accident and I informed the front desk that the linens needed to be changed and came back to the room late in the evening to find nothing done. Breakfast was to be included. The breakfast was 1 type of coffee hot water to make tea, oatmeal, muffins. I stayed in different hotel breakfast included eggs, bacon, waffels bagels, etc. Will never stay at that hotel again

Not worth the cost This place is dated. The room was not clean and had a smell. The toilet clogged night 1. Was forced to change room since they don’t have maintenance. The second room was also dirty. Not impressed with the price I paid.

Not a hotel for non-smokers The room was smelly and made worse by the fact that guests were smoking in their rooms, and the smoke carried to my room through the bathroom ventilation. The only way I was able to sleep at night was with the windows open, the bathroom door closed with the exhaust fan running the whole night, and a towel blocking the gap below the bathroom door. Definitely not a place to stay if you are a non-smoker and don't want to be exposed to second hand smoke!

Not good experience (1) wash basin has been blocked & water doesn’t go. I asked front desk to get plunger and he said it won’t available until morning.(2) if we need help at front desk then we have to wait 10-15 mins. (3)room door lock was Brocken so, if we don’t have inside the room then lock self at outside and then go to front desk and wait to for them to come to desk for more than 10 mins. (3$ room is sticking with smoking smell.
