I didn't like that they say the breakfast is included when they just give you muffins,granola bars,and coffee. That is not a breakfast. They should be more specific. The room carpet on room 225 was so dirty that did smell. I found a beer bottle under the bed they don't clean well. And you need to fo down and ask for the clean towels. Other thing is that on my checkout day they just went to knock and ask me if I was leaving or not, when I still had time for the checkout.

The bed was half made. Looked like someone had sat on it. There was trash in the wastebasket. It was a piece of toilet paper sitting on top of the Kleenex box in the bathroom. It also was

The stay was extremely disappointing. The only saving grace about it was the desk staff. When we arrived to our room we immediately noticed how grimy the white fridge was, how there were stains on the floor and how gross the bathroom was. I wish I was kidding but to satisfy my mild OCD I went to Walgreens and immediately purchased Clorox disinfectant wipes and both hand and body wash. Horrible customer service I booked this hotel for my husband who was out of town for work. It was late and he needed to rest so I hurriedly booked him a room, he was 7 hours away from home. I booked the room using the card I have on file, as per usual, and after more than a year of booking at least weekly and never having any issues, the clerk at this facility refused to allow my husband to stay bc the room was booked with a card that wasn’t in his name.
