We had a nonsmoking room but the floor above us was all smoking. The elevators always smelled like smoke and at times it would leak down through the bathroom vent and smell up our room.

Safe, quiet and the staff is friendly. The hotel was on the outskirts of things but there is a grocery store and other things nearby. Good for traveling for work.

I didn't like the fact there was NO coffee in the rooms, hair dryer, etc. All this had to be gotten at the front desk. When I got these items at the front desk, I wasn't given mugs (later found out there were NONE in the room). I called up and asked to have some brought. Said they were on the way. NEVER came!? What's a morning without room coffee? Also, there were toe nail clippings on the carpet **GROSS** ...needs to be better vacuumed! After a missed flight at OHare airport, a kind person is what was needed. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.

Reasonable accommodations for good price. Friendly staff and clean room. Amenities are somewhat antiquated but overall working.

Area not bad. Service is not great. My husband and I called for hair dryer cause there wasn't in the room. Front desk told us to go front desk and pick it up. Shouldn't you come to our door and give it to us? Well, I had to go down there an get it. And we asked for extra towels and pillows they had to call housekeeping and will call us back. Never call back or see any extra towels and pillows. Rooms were a little dirty. Shower curtains were stains. Sink was dirty and moldy. I wouldn't recommend coming here.
