Things are missing out the Room after the house keeping left kids stuff was taken and only hotel staff had keys to enter lesson learned wont go back

Bought room online for them to tell me that I couldn’t get it with the credit card I made the purchase with. Did not get my money back.

The room was dirty. The hallway smelled like weed and cigarettes. We couldn't stay. We ended up leaving. Never again will i stay there.
