I won’t stay here again. We had bedbugs so they wanted to move us to another room but we said no thanks. We left & I got a refund from hotels.com

Staff Great, Rooms Nasty! Place is in desperate need of a makeover. Looks like it was built in the 1980s and nothing has been done since. Carpet was filthy and there were ants all over the nightstand. They were prompt in getting rid of ants that’s why I feel the staff did a good job. Towels and blankets are paper thin. Don’t stay here!

Too many problems and issues with this hotel. Form the bathrooms to the closets. Just not a comfortable place to stay the night. Wish I had seen the rooms before purchasing

Race may have been a factor.... I called to confirm my stay because I paid for my week in full & I was told my reservation was canceled by management. What’s disturbing is I was getting out of the hospital that day. I called because I had a bad experience with Extended Stay America once. I arrived & even though I had a reservation I was told they were out of rooms then told me it FCFS...even with a reservation. Smh Night time Front desk receptionist was rude As hell, door handles didn’t work proper, shower didn’t work proper, and there were roaches in the room

Disgusting Place!! We stayed in the king room suite and this place was not cleaned properly at all. There was deodorant bottles and pop tops under the bed. There was half eaten ice in the freezer. There was also a cup and lotion bottle under the bed. Also we pulled out the pull out sofa for our son to sleep and there were old blankets/sheets and also an old dirty t-shirt on the bed.
