They stole my money period. And acted like it was okay

DISGUSTING Where to begin...the room smelled upon entry, layers of dust visible on the alarm clock, night stand, tv, broken rack in the closet, broken hangers, missing on/off bed lamp switch, no closet doors, hair in and on the tub, dingy towels, dirty mirror, lint in hair dryer that I'm sure would easily start a fire if used, some unknown weird debris on floor. Toilet had pubic hairs, bathroom faucet dirty, bag was not placed in trash can, fast food bag and used water bottle left in fridge, curtain missing in closet.

They wouldn’t even let me check in. Because they said that it was too late to check in. I didn’t think it matter the time you check in.

Meh No hot water, the young lady at the front desk had a terrible attitude she wouldn’t give me an extra blanket cause I bothered her while she was FaceTiming on her phone. I wouldn’t stay here again based off the experience with the front desk

They gave away my room. Didnt have any left, and was not even issued an apology.
