My room was freezing cold because the AC/Heating did not work. They said they couldn’t move my room and maintenance wasn’t available until the next day. My 4 kids and I had to suffer through the night bundled up. Then we were awaken at 7am to the fire alarm going off and everyone had to exit the property until the fire department came . We had no update as to what happened and they didn’t tell us it was safe to come back in. We were all still outside in the cold lost

Didn’t even stay I am expecting a full refund as told by hotel staff and Expedia . Rooms were dirty and bugs everywhere

I didn’t like that they ran out of toilet paper and I had to go buy my own the parking lot wasn’t clean and the Wi-Fi didn’t work 2 out of the 4 nights I was there

It is supposed to be smoke free, but as soon as I enter it I smelled smoke. I asked the front desk lady and she didn’t answer on why it’s smoke there… Room- the hand soap size of lollipop and doesn’t do anything for you, no soap in it. The water doesn’t flow through the bathroom sink….

Will not use this hotel chain again. The place needs a total overhaul.

Needs many improvements. I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. When I checked in, the counter in the kitchen and bathroom had not been cleaned. The carpet had not been vacuumed and had lots of dog/cat hair in it. This is a Suite with a small kitchenette and it was advertised to have cookware available: there was NONE. When I asked about it, I was told none was available. They did give me a plate, bowl, glass and silverware. The room was quite dated.
