It is supposed to be smoke free, but as soon as I enter it I smelled smoke. I asked the front desk lady and she didn’t answer on why it’s smoke there… Room- the hand soap size of lollipop and doesn’t do anything for you, no soap in it. The water doesn’t flow through the bathroom sink….

Will not use this hotel chain again. The place needs a total overhaul.

Needs many improvements. I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. When I checked in, the counter in the kitchen and bathroom had not been cleaned. The carpet had not been vacuumed and had lots of dog/cat hair in it. This is a Suite with a small kitchenette and it was advertised to have cookware available: there was NONE. When I asked about it, I was told none was available. They did give me a plate, bowl, glass and silverware. The room was quite dated. The room was not nice. Nothing that i needed was included. I have stayed in the exact same Chain but in a different state. I was happier then. A coffee maker in every room. Cups in every room. NOT HERE. I was even going to complain about the fact that everything smell like weed and cigarette smoke! Then they attempted to bill br extra, and I called to inquire. Dingy and grim. Clean-ish, but very aged and worn finishes throughout. Not particularly safe feeling there.

The front desk people were preoccupied with their personal phone conversations, when asked a question they came across that it was annoying. My husband was crabbed at for having a our dog with us even though we paid a pet fee. Our room the toilet paper holder was broken

The rooms smelt like marijuana , the door had to be pushed so hard to open , the bathtub was filled with mold , the vent on wall was hanging off , the window had glass cracked going down it . For how nice of a area and outside the hotel looked , I was very disappointed

I do not think it is safe for anyone to reserve this hotel. My room was infested with roaches, almost everything was broken, poor smell, and no house cleaning services at all. No one at the front desk was able to help me due to being short on staff and low on supplies. And and I must not forget, lots of mold inside of the tub which made me cough. Please, no one stay here.
