They had bugs on the towels in the bathroom

There was no dishes available for me to us which is odd due to the fact it should be enough for each room. My key to the room kept goin out when left out the room. The shower was broken at the nozzle and chipped. There was no accommodations made for us due to not having anything to cook our food. The hall wats stink.

Don't waste time here. Front staff was rude, unprofessional and overall PATHETICALLY USELESS. Tried to check in but was told there were no rooms available. We explained we had a paid reservation but were told rooms are first come, first serve after 6pm regardless of reservation. Checked hotel policy and nowhere on the site does it say that. We wanted to cancel to get a refund but they said they couldn't do anything. Contacted customer service who said we were actually already checked in. The room was not clean at all. It has spider Webs, Dust on the walls, Furniture, Lamps. The toilet flush does not work Mold all over the bath Tub. The front desk lady was rude
