First off I booked a room at the Extended Stay in Chicago Lombard Oakbrook. Once I arrived I was told by the young man at the front desk they didn't have any rooms because no one from housekeeping came in. Why wasn't this information passed on to the guest before they showed up? I was sent to the Downers Grove location and the lobby smelled like smoke, they was only one person at the front desk, the floor in my room was dirty, I had to clean the tub before I took a shower, and the people in the next room sound like they was ... read more
