Bad experience I booked a room thru hotel.com and when I arrived I was informed the hotel was completely booked

The property is in need of alot of tlc. Manager was freindly after of course I had issues. front desk were not smiling or nor did they seem freindly. No one seems to ever be at the front desk Always people hanging out in the parking lots. Expedia called for 30 minutes, no one ever answered.

Manager was very rude and had attitude with me and had no patience with me knowing I’m a deaf customer and this was my first time ever checked in wasn’t happy and she cancelled my reservation
