There was no dishes available for me to us which is odd due to the fact it should be enough for each room. My key to the room kept goin out when left out the room. The shower was broken at the nozzle and chipped. There was no accommodations made for us due to not having anything to cook our food. The hall wats stink.

Don't waste time here. Front staff was rude, unprofessional and overall PATHETICALLY USELESS. Tried to check in but was told there were no rooms available. We explained we had a paid reservation but were told rooms are first come, first serve after 6pm regardless of reservation. Checked hotel policy and nowhere on the site does it say that. Trash I currently have a reservation today and the staff is unprofessional. The heater doesn't work properly. I had it on 80 for two hours and it never became 80. I moved it to 84 degrees before I left and as I was leaving I informed the staff that it's not working properly. Jacob told me to follow him back to the room. Worsts service Was the worst service, got there late and they wouldn’t check us in and started screaming and refuse to check us in… had to get another hotel down the street best service in the world!
