Trash I currently have a reservation today and the staff is unprofessional. The heater doesn't work properly. I had it on 80 for two hours and it never became 80. I moved it to 84 degrees before I left and as I was leaving I informed the staff that it's not working properly. Jacob told me to follow him back to the room. Reluctantly I did and the heat was finally blowing warm. Then he asked me was that my bag outside of the door. I said yes, it's trash. He said I need to take it to the trash room. I said no. Worsts service Was the worst service, got there late and they wouldn’t check us in and started screaming and refuse to check us in… had to get another hotel down the street best service in the world!

They were booked and haven’t sent me my refund 105.44

The rooms, carpet, bathrooms are really old. The staff was not friendly.

There was only one room left with a queen size bed when I checked in and they had to show me the room because the carpet and trim was tore up. I ended up taking the room because other places in the area where too much money for an immediate reservation.
