Horrible experience : took us 2 hrs to check in due to they machine being down . After all that the room smelled so bad and was dirty. Literally had to go get cleaning supplies to clean up because they want send house keeping or clean your room. We asked if they can they give us new sheets they said no but we can wash them for you and bring them back . Took them down there they never brung them back. Do Not Stay! This hotel has a bedbug infestation. My family was in Illinois for a birthday party. We checked in at 4:30pm 3/19/2022 and checked out at 11:30pm 3/19/2022. My daughter and I woke up to itching and bites which started to bleed. I instantly called Hotels and let them know what happen. I relocated to another hotel. Nightmare stay First, the Lombard Extended Stay was a nightmare to me and my wife. First, i seen a roach in my room on the door. I reported it and the desk clerk said he couldn't give me another room because they were booked. It was friday evening and all the hotels in the area was booked. I truly did not feel comfortable stay their for the weekend but we stayed nonetheless. The bath tub was peeling and faded. Had concerns about stepping into shower, thinking about catching some sort of foot fungus. Front desk crew was not around. Waited 20 minutes for someone to return to the front desk.

There was a roach exiting the refrigerator when we attempted to place our food there. After that, we could not stay at that hotel.
