1 We checked in about 10-10:30pm The room checked in there is the cockroach, I called the front desk to ask to change the room. He said there is no room avail now, I asked him how do you take care of this? He said is late at night we will take a look at it tomorrow 😠 everybody knows how bad is the cockroach spreading!!! Never again Got in at 9pn and there was nobody at the desk for 5 minutes so i just threw my stuff in a friend's room and we headed out for the night. Got back after midnight and again nobody was at the desk and had to call someone down only to be told that i was too late to check in... Room was paid in advance.

The room we reserved was gone. They gave us a “suite” instead. King size bed and a sofa bed. No sheets for pull out and stains all over the upholstery. Had to get sheets from the front desk and were told there were no pillows to be had until the morning. We were only staying one night. If we hadn’t brought pillows from home, two of us would have not had a pillow to sleep on. The safety lock on our door was broken as well as the drapery. We could not cover the windows completely.

extended stay in the lobby. I was down for a funeral and had my 93 sister and her husband that was 93. We sat in the lobby for over 1 1/2 hours because the attendant would not let me check in because i forgot my drivers license. i HAD A CHECK BOOK SS CARD AND INSURANCE CARD.
