Worse service & Hotel ever!! It almost ruined my mother's day weekend the customer service at the hotel was terrible & the rooms were twice as disgusting!! I will never return or refer anyone to that place!! It was so bad me an my husband only stayed 2 hours long enough to book another hotel room. We checked right back out immediately!!

Very unprofessional not good customer service I’m still waiting for a refund turn on let me check in the door was locked the only answer by phone and they tell me call Expedia or refund

The parking lot was not plowed over 3 inches of snow. The person that checked me never said a word except he needed to see drivers license. Handed me my room key never spoke and went into back room. I was so disappointed in my stsy

The bathroom was pretty dirty also their was a few stains on the sheets from the bed.

Parking was so limited and compact and if there wasn’t space in the front you had to park in the back which would be fine if you could get through the back door. You have to walk all the way around to the front to get in and it’s snowing and below 0 weather. Some staff were rude and the room could have been cleaner.
