Smelled like Marijuana in the building. Other than that we were happy

Smelly and dirty room. Towels were stained. I checked out the same night. I felt so uncomfortable, I could not sleep there

Friday night, Definitely not worth 184 the night! Breakfast: Packets of Oatmeal! Dirty hallways, elevator. Room clean, beds bellow average kitchen had absolutely no utensils cup pots… had to call and go back down to lobby and carry up what they gave which was only two forks, coffee cups, plates no pots or spoons or bowls

Service was excellent but the room itself was in poor condition. The kitchen area had nothing and what was in the room was worn out.

Upon check in, we were told we were going to have to take care of our own trash, there was no housekeeping for our short of a period of stay, and we needed to "exchange" our towels for new ones each day. My partner had asked for a restroom, as we had a long journey and he couldn't wait for the check in to be complete. He was told there were no public restrooms, and was told he needed to wait to get into the room. We then got into the non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. Not as advertised First of all I’m pretty sure this is not a hotel at all but an apartment complex. There did not appear to be any travelers there despite its proximity to Midway airport. The pictures on the website did not at all approximate the room we got. Neither did the “breakfast.” When I went down to get the food there was nothing there so I asked at the front desk. The hotel was not very clean. The smell of cigarette smoke permeated the hallways and my room, although it was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The room was dingy & dated.
