Smelly Room & loose toilet When I first made my reservation I required a room with sofa sleeper however was advised upon my arrival that a different room without sofa sleeper was given to me upon arrival I asked for some add towels as I had traveled quite a ways however I was advised that I’d need to use the towels I had and them bring them back downstairs then I could receive additional towels not to mention my room didn’t seem very clean could smell that a pet had been in the room was not fresh at all, and I advised that t... read more

Laziness First they told me I had to take my own trash. Then instead or giving me a bill at the end of my stay they demanded that I put my card on file with them "in case there were extra" charges. Took my shoe's off walked from the bed to the bathroom twice and my feet were legit black. Will never go back there again I'll sleep in my car first.

Absolutely disgusting! This place was absolutely disgusting! I have never stayed in a hotel that smelled so bad. I couldn’t even walk into the hallway without a stench. They did not have any extra towels when I asked for some, you also had to ask for extra bedding which they did not have either. I need something close to the airport for an early flight and I will never do this again.

The whole property smells bad. Even the room was smells weed. So I had to check out after 40 minutes of my check in.

AC didn’t work and was promised a refund and then didn’t get one. Never offered a new room, sent maintenance and all he did was unplug it and plug it back in and left. I could have done that. Terrible experience, got zero sleep cause I was roasting.

El recepcionista que me recibió no fue muy amable , al llegar me genero inseguridad porque habían 2 personas que viven en la calle en toda la entrada del hotel , el TV no servía y se fue la luz en casi toda la habitación, solo prendía una luz
