😒 It was terrible. I would definitely not stay here again.

This was an apartment and I thought it was a hotel. The towels were self service, garbage was self service it said breakfast included and it was coffee and a granola bar. The hotel was filthy and the experience was horrible.

No soap in the room just not the best place to stay hallways stink

Not Clean The room was definitely not clean before my stay. The old bed linens were piled on the bed. Used towels were on the bathroom floor with no new ones. The room was old and poorly kept overall.

I arrived & there was no one at the front desk I was holding my baby and I sat her & my son down & I said excuse me a couple times & a couple mins later the front desk attendant came to the front & said all of the rooms were full, so I replied & told her that I reserved through Expedia, she says ohhh ok but we still don’t have any rooms so I ask her how is that possible if I already have paid, then she says ok & takes a deep breath and asks me what’s my date of birth? Slept with the windows open This is the worst hotel I have stayed at so far. Had to sleep with the windows open because of a burning smell. The room was not clean and the shower was dirty. The chairs looked extremely dirty. The bed was ok.
