100% thumbs down Facility was disgusting. From floors to hallway to entrance. I would remove this property from your website.

The first room we were given was filthy!! The linen person had done their job, the beds were made and the towels were clean and folded, but the cleaning person must’ve skipped the room! There were small rubber bands on the night stand (like for braces) and all over the floor. The floor had not been vacuumed and was filthy with leaves, food, the rubber bands, and other particles. You Get What You Pay For? Was really excited about the rate for this place, as all other Chicago hotels were intensely overpriced for the weekend. This was for a business-related workshop over two days, so I ended up staying from Friday night until Sunday morning. An Utterly Hellish Stay Rooms with paper thin walls. Had a party next door with throbbing music from 10:30pm-2:30am. Finally stopped when I reached out to front desk. After that I got to hear the two hosting the party get...intimate, through the walls. Somewhere near by cars do drag racing or parking lot tricks in the 2-4am range as well. Terrible Customer Service I arrived prior to check in due to the nature of my business trip. They let me park my car in the parking lot and let me know I could come back and check in later that evening after the event. I came back that evening to check in and was told that without my drivers license, they wouldn't let me check in. I had the credit card that was used to book the room and it was a Costco card so it had my picture on it, confirming that I was in fact the one occupying the room.
