The room was not clean i had to change the room 2 times , and the elevator wasn't working........

I stayed in room 304 that was infested with bed bugs, I stayed with my pregnant wife and child, when I called the receptionist she didn’t have rooms to move me to, when I talked to them about it they didn’t even care it’s like telling me deal with it

My room wasn’t clean in my bathroom it was hair all around the sink! My room had a mild Odor to come find out the trash under the cabinet in the kitchen area wasn’t taken out from previous people.

Air conditioner didn’t work. Room was very hot.
