One step above homeless shelter The staff was not friendly when we checked in. We got to our room and the lights wouldn't come on. I called the desk and they told me to switch the breakers in the breaker box. They said it happened all the time. The room was dirty. They sheets didn't fit the bed. Do not stay here. There are much better options a few minutes away.

Unsecure and unprofessional place Worst experience ever. Booked room months in advance, but no room available, let me wait 2 hours and finally asked me to find room elsewhere at 8:00pm. Then next day, my credit card was charged even though I have never stayed. On top, first I was given room that was already occupied by someone else. Very unsecure hotel. Do not stay at this hotel. Plus no help from Hotels.com. hotels.com customer service is only via chat and is not helpful and disappointment. In fact, I never provided my card... read more

Breakfast was a joke. Coffee in lobby with oatmeal or muffins. No In room coffee maker, no blow dryer, room condition was poor, pillows were a joke.

Not much. Arrived and my TV wasn't working. It was an extended stay but the room had no dishes or cooking supplies....pots pans were not there. Woke up to no lights. The front desk told me to flip the switch on the circuit breaker. I did and the lights came on but the idea of waking up to no electricity in my room was unsettling for me. I didn't feel safe.

Horrible customer service The intial day of my ✅ in the front desk agent was very helpful. After a couple days staying there I noticed someone had entered my room took medication prescribed for me. That person had an access card such as mines. Keep in mind I signed up for this room alone. The person just tried to enter, glad I had the latch on.uoon me asking who he was he said nothing and proceeded to the stairwell next to my room.
