The review title This breakfast is a candidate for the North America breakfast of the month. Not a good idea for a night before flight stay. Otherwise ok

The first room we were given smelled terrible; the second was an improvement but was not clean. Our credit card number was stolen during the visit, and overall this hotel should be avoided.

This has been by far the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. I called Expedia to try to change hotels and Extended Stay customer service refuse to reimburse me. Customer service had an attitude and when I asked about later check out she said you have to leave by 11am otherwise $12 to leave at 12pm and $25 to leave at 1pm. The room looked as if things were not properly cleaned, the chairs filthy, the sheets did not looked replaced, the rug looked dirty, and the walls looked nasty. They didnt change the sheets on the bed you can tell whoever was there before us had slept on those sheets the shower head was broke and would not stay on to take a shower. The room was suppose to be no smoking but there was burn marks around the bathroom sink and they dont have ice machines at all.

DIRTY Upon arrival the microwave was dirty and so was the restroom specifically the bathtub. Staff didn’t offer or suggest it anything in an attempt to address the issue.

I have been coming to this hotel for about 6 months. I have seen the place deteriorate. There is riff raft in the hotel and it has gotten worse. Today my room smelled like someone had been cooking. I went to the front desk to complain and the lady said that she couldn’t help me. I’m done staying here.

Horrible time This hotel was something I’ve never seen before rude staff and also they didn’t want to accommodate the resident with a thing that was asked
