I won’t stay here again I have stayed here many times while I visit my family. I feel over the years it has gotten worse with they type of people that stay there. The woman who checked me in just seemed over her job. Not pleasant at all. She was clearly not feeling well. She gave me a key that did not work. The 3rd floor smelled like Marijuana. Never again Room next door had a party, with literal speakers! It went on for about 2 hours.

For 111 dollars it was terrible. You can tell the hotel is old. It has scrapes and chips on all the furniture....including the bathroom sink and toilet. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures portrayed.

I Found Bed Bugs In My Room In The Bed Next To Me And My Baby. My Guy Had Bed Bugs Bites Was Just Uncomfortable Throughout The Whole Stay.

I liked the fact that it was centrally located to where I had to travel while in Chicago. I liked that it had free parking. I was VERY disappointed that I booked the room for 4 and they only had a towel set for 2 and only 1 washcloth period. When I spoke to the front desk I was informed that this is their standard set up and that I could come and exchange out the used towels and get another set.....really. The hallways had a bad odor. Check in was ok. Everything went smooth. When I got to my room it smelled funny. Smelled like cigarettes. We wiped everything down. The rooms are in need of an update. I found hair in my bed. I found hair in the shower. The room was not properly cleaned. The second night there the power went out in my room. Overall I will never stay there again, the experience was not good. The rooms definitely could have been cleaner. I was very disappointed.
