I Wasn’t able to check in and I didn’t receive my refund

Room was dirty with hair on the toilet and in the bathroom sink. Floor was sticky so I wiped it with a towel and it was black. Property is run down and won’t ever stay here again.

No damage was done to the room and I was still charged the 50.00 fee

The kitchen had cockroaches. The bedding was scant. The TP was metered out one roll at a time. The corridor smelled. We asked for an extra dining chair multiple times - it never arrived.
