Extremely bad experience I don’t recommend it at allllll I had requested non smoking hotel due to my asthma and lung issues the smoke smell did not stop for a second , all over hotel , electric plugs s didn’t work or outlets , extremely unsanitary dirty sheets , you can hear the springs under bed uncomfortable, I watched the supposedly cleaning lady she out the toilet brush in kitchen counter extremely unsafe unhealthy I will never ever recommend this place plus we didn’t get the deposit back

If you can stay somewhere else do it, beads and mattresses are terrible you are going to end with terrible back pain.

When we first checked in staff was very rude. Another group that was with us was a little under 21 which is fine, but never refund their money for their stay. They said it was already refunded back, but never saw the refund in our Account. Our room was supposed to have a couch didn’t get that either. Fast forward to check out time. I stood there for 30 minutes waiting to check out, with several other groups, just to be told “oh these are your rooms, thank you your good”. We had to go up to the third floor 3 times to make sure the room was okay. Bathroom had mold and soap scum. There was hair in the toilet. Bed is extremely stiff
