The place smelled like a zoo, I understand that the hotel is pet friendly but when it’s pet friendly that means you need to purchase products that remove animal smells. Not only did the entire hallway and elevator smelled like a bunch of animals so did my room I asked for another that didn’t have that animal smell, they were able to provide me another room that isn’t smell like dog ass but it was a different smell

The room and management had issues. The bed sheets as well as blankets were disgusting, with numerous stains throughout. I tried to get more at the front desk but they were not helpful at all, providing zero solution to the problem. The hotel hallways smelled bad and the room itself was particularly peculiar. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend anyone else to either.

Infested with BED BUGS! Roaches! Galore! I will be contacting corporate to get ALL MY MONEY BACK. I have pictures & videos.

The room was trash. Had a drawer on the dresser that was broke off on one side. The laminate wall paneling was peeling off from floor to ceiling. The bed had no box spring so we would sink through the worn out mattress down to the platform. The floors were sticky, when I went to the desk the first time to ask if someone could come mop the floors while we were at dinner I was told there's nobody from housekeeping here anymore. Please look elsewhere The room needs serious attention, there were multiple holes in the wall from where they moved a mirror. The room smelled like garbage. The beds were not traditional hotel beds but more like trundle beds not even attached to the wall. The bed my kids slept in made a loud noise anytime they moved. The "free" breakfast is an assortment of granola bars. Hindsight being 20/20, i should have spent the extra $30 and stayed at a different property.

The staff were not friendly. Queen sized bed is really a full sized bed. Hair left all over the room.
