The place smelled upon getting off the elevator to our floor. The floor of our room was sticky and dirty. The bed did not have bed skirts as advertised in photos, yet, it looked more like a pulled out cot. The bed itself was squeaky with each movements, which was interrupting our sleep. The top bed sheet had stains. The water was hard and the hand and body soap bars were not moisturizing at all. It felt like wax and did not smell good. Stay was absolutely HORRIBLE.... ROOM WAS DIRTY AND HAD BUGS... I had to chage my own sheets apawn arival... Roof was leaking from room above at entrance.. No one came to fix anything... staff was VERY RUDE AND NON HELPFUL N0R CARISMATIC.. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE....

There are more luggage carts needed at this location. Both elevators make a very loud noise while riding them. It’s awfully scary and sounds like both elevators are in need of repair. Guess should be allowed extra face towels 2 are not enough. Guess should not be inconvenienced with swapping out towels for new ones we don’t work there. That needs to stop. The room had very thin lightweight bedding and no extras blanket in the closet. The pillows were so thin you had to fold in half to be somewhat comfortable. There were no glasses or dish ware in the kitchenette area.
